More About KierstenYou are not imagining it
Maybe you are exhausted but cannot sleep. You are working out twice as much and eating half as much, but the scale won’t budge. Your favorite baggy jeans are starting to feel like stretch pants. Your patience is wearing thin, and suddenly the sound of your partner chewing is enough to send you over the edge.
We get it. We’ve been there too. That’s why we created Revival Medicine.
Our Approach
Your annual primary care visit plays an important role in your health, but a typical 15-minute appointment was not designed to unravel all the interconnected changes happening during midlife.
Your hormones, metabolism, thyroid, sleep, stress, and symptoms all affect one another. Understanding how those pieces fit together takes time, so we make the time.
You do not need to arrive knowing whether your symptoms are related to hormones, metabolism, thyroid function, nutrition, stress, or sleep. That is what we are here to help you uncover.
There is no waiting until your next appointment to discuss symptoms, side effects, concerns, or progress, because some things cannot wait. We go into the trenches with you and for you.
This is not about chasing individual symptoms or handing you a one-size-fits-all plan. It is about understanding the whole you, and building a personalized strategy for some of the strongest, healthiest years of your life.

Patient reviews
Kiersten at Revival Medicine was great to work with! I was nervous about trying HRT related to peri menopause, and she was super understanding, flexible, and very thorough in explaining every step. It took a few months for me to find my sweet spot. Now I honestly, consistently feel better than I have in decades!
Kiersten is amazing. Thanks to her I feel like a normal woman again. Her availability is great and her communication is fabulous
Due to my family health history, my OBGYN and my primary care provider refused to prescribe HRT. My research contradicted their recommendations. I feel very fortunate to have met Kiersten. Kiersten carefully reviewed my situation and determined that I was a candidate for HRT. I have now been on HRT for 3 months. I am sleeping better, my brain is working better and have the energy to make the most of every day! I would recommend Kiersten to anyone who is interested in finding out more about HRT.
I had been struggling with menopause symptoms for roughly 2 years when fortunately I heard about Revival Medicine. Kiersten took the time to listen to my concerns and created a treatment plan personalized to my needs. She is knowledgeable, professional and competent. With Kiersten’s expertise and care my hormones are now balanced and all areas of my health, both mental and physical, are greatly improved.
Having struggled for some time with challenging symptoms of perimenopause I was finally blessed with an introduction to Revival Medicine and Kiersten Gregory. Kiersten has been a godsend. She is approachable, understanding, kind, responsive and so so patient. I don’t feel quite so crazy or helpless anymore with Kiersten on my team. Her guidance, advocacy, treatment and expertise has helped me tremendously. I feel like a new person and will be forever grateful. I cannot recommend Kiersten highly enough!

No. You do not need to know whether your symptoms come from hormones, metabolism, thyroid, nutrition, stress, or sleep. Your comprehensive consultation is where we figure that out together, and we choose your pathway at the end of that visit.
Yes. Hormone therapy is a central part of our practice, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone when clinically appropriate, with careful, individualized dosing.
Whenever possible, yes. Completing comprehensive labs first lets us interpret your results during your visit and connect them with your symptoms. Outside results are accepted, but they are often incomplete and may miss important markers.
We operate on a cash-pay basis and do not participate in insurance networks. We can provide superbills you may submit for reimbursement, and you can use HSA or FSA accounts. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare.
You can continue with one of our two monthly memberships: Maintenance HRT for patients who are stable on hormone therapy, or Active Treatment and Optimization for patients who still need active adjustments and monitoring.
Because of the specialized nature of our clinic, we do not offer primary care or general gynecology services. We work alongside your existing care team.
We offer telehealth visits for patients located in Nevada, and in-person visits at our Reno office at Centered Medical Aesthetics, 6580 S McCarran Blvd, Suite A, Reno, NV 89509.
